The purpose of the Perenco Foundation is to support the social and economic development of the countries where Perenco operates, by supporting the emergence and consolidation of local entrepreneurship.
Through our many years of experience assisting local communities as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs within Perenco, we have discovered great talent and significant energy among young local entrepreneurs.

The Foundation aims to:
Provide training in entrepreneurship and business management, offer the technical expertise required by businesses, and deploy funding in the form of partner loans at reduced rates for supported businesses.
In 2024, the Perenco Foundation, in partnership with IECD and RDCED, carried out an assessment of entrepreneurship in Muanda, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
