Objectives
- Roll out training courses in entrepreneurship and business management, and collaborate with associations recognised for their expertise, such as the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD), to support the emergence and growth of future businesses.
- Provide the technical expertise necessary for the development of supported businesses, either by mobilising Perenco’s internal resources or by contracting external experts;
- Work with local partners to provide the necessary funding in the form of low-interest loans.
The Foundation’s project aims to remove these three barriers, strengthening young companies and supporting their growth so they can generate greater local value and increase job creation.
Entrepreneurship training
Rolling out training courses in entrepreneurship and business management and, supporting associations with recognised expertise such as the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD), to help future businesses emerge and receive support.
Example of entrepreneurship training content:
- Analysing the needs of one’s environment
- Identifying the various costs associated with your business
- Separating personal financial management from professional financial management
- Determining your turnover
- Monitoring daily flows related to your business
- Define a typical customer persona
- Deconstructing limiting beliefs
- Developing self-confidence
Coaching / Mentoring
Provide the necessary technical expertise in key sectors to meet the needs of the companies supported, either by mobilising Perenco’s internal resources or by contracting external experts.

Support
Working with local partners to provide the necessary funding in the form of low-interest loans.
