In this episode, we take you to meet Jumeldie.
In 2025, the Perenco Foundation signed a three-year partnership – running from 2026 to 2028 – with ASI (Actions de Solidarité Internationale), a charity dedicated to helping young girls living on the streets in Gabon and Congo to get into work.
Jumeldie, aged 19, is one of the programme’s beneficiaries. Currently training in cooking, she is pursuing her dream of becoming a pastry chef.
Today, she tells us about how she came to meet ASI, the decisive impact that support has had on her life, and her ambitions for the future.

Through these conversations, we offer a glimpse behind the scenes at the Perenco Foundation, to share the initiatives, the convictions and, above all, the extraordinary journeys of these incredible men and women.
In this first episode, we introduce you to Nathalie Perrodo, daughter of Hubert Perrodo (founder of Perenco) and President of the Foundation, who tells us about her goals, her work and the values that guide her actions.
